Pre-Delivery Testing in Progress | On-Site Trial Operation of the Sanland SC125 Jaw Crusher

        Recently, Shenyang Sanland Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. has been carrying out pre-delivery trial operation testing for its SC125 Jaw Crusher. As a critical step before official delivery, the testing process focuses on evaluating operational stability, transmission system performance, and coordination of key components, ensuring reliable operation after installation at the customer’s site.

        According to the on-site testing status, the SC125 Jaw Crusher is operating smoothly with all systems performing in stable condition. During the trial run, the eccentric shaft, flywheel, and moving jaw assembly demonstrated stable operation, while machine vibration and noise levels remained within design standards. Technical personnel are also continuously monitoring bearing temperature, lubrication performance, and transmission system conditions to ensure the crusher is capable of long-term continuous operation.

        The SC125 Jaw Crusher is mainly used in the primary crushing stage of mining production lines and is suitable for processing high-hardness materials such as granite, basalt, and iron ore. Featuring a stable structure, strong processing capacity, and reliable operation, the machine is widely used in mining, metallurgy, and construction material industries.

        In terms of operating principle, the jaw crusher achieves material crushing through the periodic compression movement between the moving jaw and fixed jaw. During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft through the pulley system, causing the moving jaw to perform a reciprocating motion.              

        When the moving jaw approaches the fixed jaw, the material is compressed and crushed under high pressure. When the moving jaw moves away from the fixed jaw, material that has reached the required size is discharged through the bottom opening, while new material enters the crushing chamber for continuous crushing.

        Compared with other primary crushing equipment, jaw crushers offer advantages such as simple structure, convenient maintenance, and strong adaptability to heavy-duty working conditions, especially for handling large and hard materials.
